Arden Creek Laser & Aesthetics

We value your time and appreciate your consideration of our providers and other clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and appointment availability, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies to all booked appointments.

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

• 24-Hour Cancellation Notice: Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided before the scheduled appointment time.

• Late Cancellation Fee: Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $30 cancellation fee.

• No-Show Fee: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without providing the required 24-hour notice will incur a $30 no-show fee.

• Late Arrivals: We encourage clients to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or the need to reschedule. If an appointment cannot be accommodated due to late arrival, a $30 fee may apply.

• Appointment Reminders: As a courtesy, appointment reminders may be sent via SMS and/or email using the contact information provided at booking. Failure to receive a reminder does not waive the cancellation policy.

• Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time for check-in and any necessary paperwork.

• Payment Authorization: By booking an appointment and providing a valid payment card, you acknowledge and authorize Arden Creek Laser & Aesthetics to charge the card on file a $30 fee for late cancellations or missed appointments in accordance with this policy.
